The first three photos are from Glacier National Park, and the second three from Yellowstone National Park. We saw two Grizzly bears in each park, herds of Bison and a lot of Elk.
Good morning. I've been home for just over a week. You know the drill. Watering, dusting, re-arranging. Of course, walking off all of the really bad-for-you food eaten while on vacation. We had a great time in Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park. We learned how to use all those buttons and things in the new fifth wheel, that we hadn't traveled with. Now we know how to do everything, and how to make reservations in RV parks. We didn't spend as much time as I would have liked hiking, but we still need to gain confidence in leaving the dogs in the RV. With the air conditioning running of course. I think I need a monitor or something.
I'll keep stitching away for as long as I can. I have been having a lot of pain in my hands and arms, so in June I had and appointment with a hand and arm surgeon. I have numb and tingling fingers and arms. It's very painful. He sent me for nerve conduction tests. The tests showed that I have Carpal Tunnel in my right wrist, and Cubbital Tunnel in my left elbow. All I know is that it hurts. The doctor who did the tests seemed to think that I will need surgery. I have an appointment with the surgeon at the end of the month.
And just to keep myself out of trouble, I have started a new pair of socks for Halloween. Sort of spooky right?
